Holly Hughes introduced the legislation after a Michigan motorist was issued a $128 ticket for leaving his car unattended in a driveway while warming his vehicle.“People across our nation were rightfully outraged when they learned that someone could actually be ticketed for warming up their car on their own property,” said Hughes of Montague. “Especially in the state of Michigan where warming up a vehicle is a common practice.”House Bill 4215 moves to the full House for consideration.### 29Mar Committee approves Rep.
